2026 Summer Solstice Puppet Pageant

Performance

The Summer Solstice Pageant Performance will take place on Saturday, June 20th at 8 PM.

In the event of rain, a rescheduled performance will be held on Sunday, June 21st at 2 PM at

the same location.

Workshops

The 2026 Summer Pageant Workshops will be held at the Cook County Community Center

from Thursday, May 28th through Sunday, June 14th , giving the community a chance to

contribute directly to the pageant’s puppetry, costumes, and set creation.

Public workshops are open:

• Thursdays & Fridays: 3 PM – 8 PM

• Saturdays & Sundays: 10 AM – 1 PM and 3 PM – 8 PM

• (No public workshops on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays)

All Are Welcome

All are welcome to participate in the workshops and performances. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to collaborate, create, and celebrate the season.
